Shipping & Returns
You as the customer can place your order on the fax or online through
our SzimeringShop or by e-mail.
Germalex Kft. can receive orders placed and accepted online through the
SzimeringShop or on the phone or by e-mail – in case the ordered goods
are in stock – for delivery on the next day within the territory of Hungary in
accordance with the business rules of GLS courier service, until 15:00 on
weekdays, taking into account that the ordered product or products have to
be packed and prepared for delivery. Orders placed after 15:00 – if the
goods are in stock – can be fulfilled on the next working day.
We will send you a confirmation of your order in each case. If, in the case of
ordering several articles, any of them is temporarily out of stock, we will notify
you of this fact in our confirmation and we will also inform you when the given
article will expectably be available. Knowing this you can decide if you want
delivery at the given time without the temporarily unavailable product or want
all the products to be sent in one parcel when the unavailable product will be
in stock.
The customer may also take over the ordered product at our shop if he wants
otherwise the parcel will be delivered to him by the courier service, as detailed
above.
In the case of delivery within the territory of Hungary payment can be settled
in two ways, namely:
- by advance payment in which case delivery will take place after the
receipt of the money,
In Hungary parcels are delivered between 8:00 and 17:00. If the courier
cannot hand over the goods because you are unavailable at the given time
and at the given address then he will leave a notice of the time of the
next delivery.
Costs of transportation outside Hungary:
We can undertake the delivery of export parcels to countries outside Hungary under
the same conditions as within Hungary except for the date of delivery and the costs
of transportation which are based on the zone system and terms of delivery of
GLS Courier Service.
In the case of export orders, we have special export prices depending on the
amount of the order.
Dates and fees of export delivery:
When taking over the consignment please check in the presence of the courier
whether the parcel is undamaged. If the parcel is damaged or possibly incomplete
and a relevant damage report is not attached, please do not take it over.
