Withdrawal

In case the customer has placed his order by chance or by mistake,
he may either modify or cancel it by e-mail or on the fax without any
consequences following the placement of the wrong order and prior
to delivery.

In the case of the ordered goods the customer is entitled to give up his
intention of purchase within eight days following receipt. In this case
Germalex Ltd. will repay the buying price paid for the ordered goods to
you within two weeks following the withdrawal and the return of the goods
provided that the product (products) is/are returned to our shop in original,
unopened package, in full size and finish, undamaged.

Repayment does not apply to the costs of transportation and the costs of
returning the product are also borne by the customer. Please note that our
company cannot take over any parcel sent with extra postage stamp.

In certain cases, however, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal,
so our company will not repay it.

Such a case is, in particular, a product (products) manufactured specifically
at the customer’s request, on the basis of special demands specified by the
customer.
